We’ve been building peoples' dream homes in and around Orange County, California since 1985.  The quality of our work and customer satisfaction are paramount for us and it shows in our work.

We build homes from the ground-up, remodel, and even perform period-correct restorations and additions.  As our motto goes, we provide high quality service from framing to finish!

About Us

Randy Leggitt Construction Inc. was founded in March of 1985. Our company is family owned and operated.  We specialize in  custom craftsmanship from the framing phase of construction to the finish work in all of our  projects.  With over 39 years of contracting experience.

Today we specialize in residential custom homes & remodels. We build custom homes from the ground up or we can remodel a home to customize it for our clients lifestyle. Our signature on every project is the quality of each and every  job that we take on. Quality of work and client satisfaction is paramount for us.

Our sons, Jeremy & Travis, do the framing and the finish work on all our projects, including millwork, doors, windows and cabinetry installation. They been trained in the tradition of their father, focusing on precision, accuracy & attention to detail. Few carpenters measure up to Randy's excellent standards.

As our logo and mottos is “Framing to Finish” Very few carpenters are framers and finish carpenters. As craftsmen doing the finish work and cabinetry too, their framing has to be precise to ensure a beautiful finished product.

As finish carpenters they build cabinetry as detailed or as streamlined as the client requests. With many styles to choose from they are able to customize the cabinetry to exactly what the client wants for their home.  All cabinetry is custom built in our shop, designed by Randy and built and  installed by Jeremy & Travis. We build a variety of styles of cabinets, entertainment centers, custom built-ins,  bars, kitchen cabinets, nooks, bathroom cabinets, office work stations, desks etc.

Randy contracts, schedules and supervises all phases to the job from the foundation to landscaping. You will see him on the job every day.

We are dedicated to excellence in all of our projects. Our company is fully licensed, bonded and insured.

We have built our reputation one satisfied family at a time and have stayed in business by referrals only.
